I Need To Talk To A Family Lawyer About Custody And Child Support, Can Anybody Help?

My boyfriend and I are splitting up. We have a 10 month old son together. I have been a stay at home mom, so my resources are limited and I do not have the money to hire a lawyer. Will lawyers charge you just to talk to them? I need to figure out what my rights are and what my son’s father’s rights are.
